Equipment dealer marketing in Canada

Culture Cartel is a Toronto agency that does equipment dealer marketing in Canada for manufacturers, wholesalers and dealerships in agriculture, construction, materials handling and power equipment. We build the brand, the dealer toolkits, the content and the lead flow, with Canadian work for Reesink Canada Wholesale, E-Kubota, Prairie Ag and Hepson Equipment. The dealer-network scale behind it was proven with Kubota and Smith Power Equipment in Southern Africa.

Dealer marketing is a distribution problem as much as a creative one

An equipment brand is only as strong as the dealer who sells it. The manufacturer sets the standard. The dealer meets the farmer, the contractor or the fleet manager. If the brand looks different at every location, or the dealer has nothing to sell with this week, the campaign does not land.

So we build for two audiences at once. Head office needs consistency. Dealers need speed and specialist content they can use now. Buyers need to find you when a machine needs replacing or servicing.

Canadian work

Reesink Canada Wholesale: the outsourced marketing department

Reesink Canada Wholesale supplies agricultural machinery, parts and service to a national dealer network, connecting manufacturers like CLAAS and Agrifac with the Canadian market. We ran the entire marketing function: content and video, web and email, promotions and parts offers, show campaigns for Ag in Motion and Agri-Trade, and the integration of newly acquired regional brands into the wider architecture.

Prairie Ag: a new name without losing trust

Prairie Ag was Tingley’s Harvest Centre, a dealer with 30 years of history in Alberta and Saskatchewan. We ran naming, trademarking, identity, signage, vehicle graphics and the digital transition, with SEO and GEO continuity so existing customers could still find them.

E-Kubota and Hepson Equipment

For E-Kubota we piloted a new product line launch in Canada: go-to-market, dealer marketing framework, content, website, paid media and PR, built as the blueprint for wider rollout. For Hepson Equipment we provided ongoing advertising and digital support built for steady lead flow, not stop-start campaigns.

Where the scale was proven

We are honest about this. Our biggest dealer-network programs were run in Southern Africa, before Culture Cartel moved its base to Toronto.

  • Kubota: the central creative and strategic hub across 80+ dealers. Brand guidelines, turnkey dealer toolkits, Google Ads, SEO, print, PR and national trade shows.
  • Smith Power Equipment: 19 brands, seven categories, six countries. A separate marketing roadmap for every brand, with five core brands held at #1.
  • Baoli: market entry for a materials handling brand, including a national dealer network and a rental division.

That is the playbook we now run for Canadian dealers and distributors. Same discipline. Canadian market.

Questions

Asked and
answered.

Have you worked with Canadian equipment dealers?

Yes. We ran the full marketing function for Reesink Canada Wholesale and its national dealer network, rebranded Tingley’s Harvest Centre in Alberta and Saskatchewan as Prairie Ag, piloted the E-Kubota launch, and supported Hepson Equipment with ongoing lead generation. Our largest dealer-network programs, Kubota and Smith Power Equipment, were run in Southern Africa.

Can you work inside a manufacturer’s global brand standards?

That is most of the job. Kubota, CLAAS, Club Car and Royal Reesink all have strict global standards. We build local campaigns and dealer toolkits that sit inside them, so head office signs off and dealers can move fast.

How long does a dealer rebrand take?

It depends on the number of locations and touchpoints. A dealer rebrand like Prairie Ag runs in phases: naming and legal first, then identity, then a synchronised rollout across signage, vehicles, digital profiles and collateral. We plan the switch so the business keeps selling through it.

Do you run the ads and lead generation, or just the creative?

Both. We run Google Ads, SEO and GEO, social, email and print for dealers and distributors, and we build the creative that goes into them. One plan, one team.

What does equipment dealer marketing cost?

Scoped per project. Entry points like the Brand Audit are fixed in scope; pricing on inquiry. Ongoing programs are scoped to the size of the network and the channels you need.
