Digital marketing agency in Toronto

Culture Cartel is a Toronto digital marketing agency that runs paid social, search, email and lead generation as one connected system, then reports on it in plain language. The work is planned by senior people and judged on pipeline, not on clicks or impressions.

Channels are easy to buy. Systems are hard to build.

Anyone can switch on a Meta campaign. The difficult part is everything around it: knowing which leads turned into sales, which creative earned its spend, and where prospects drop out between the ad and the first call. Most businesses we meet have the ads. They are missing the system.

Built as one engine

The clearest example is CanBuyCars, a GTA vehicle buyer and seller whose marketing was scattered. Discovery happened online. Appraisals happened in person. Leads fell into the gap.

We ran the whole ecosystem as one engine: Instagram and Facebook, Google Business Profile and targeted email, with creative for buyers, sellers and financing, including Spanish-language ads. At the centre sat Snap My Car, a mobile appraisal app that triggers dealership workflows automatically. In the co-owner’s words, they are “already seeing real results,” with “steady growth and increased momentum since coming onboard.”

What changes when we take over

  • Tracking first. Before new spend, we make sure conversions are recorded properly. Otherwise optimisation is guesswork.
  • Offers, not just ads. A sharper reason to act often beats a bigger budget.
  • Creative per audience. A seller and a financing customer do not want the same message.
  • Fewer, clearer numbers. Cost per qualified lead, conversion to sale, and payback. Reach is context, not success.
  • Sales in the loop. We talk to the people who answer the phone. They know which leads are real long before a dashboard does.

For equipment and dealer businesses

A lot of our growth work is in sectors where buyers are not impulse shoppers. Hepson Equipment needed steady lead flow and constant visibility in a crowded market, because the dealer customers think of first usually gets the call. For the E-Kubota pilot we ran Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn alongside the product website. For Reesink Canada Wholesale we ran web and email that kept a national dealer network in contact.

Questions

Asked and
answered.

Which channels do you run?

Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and email, plus search through our SEO and GEO work. We recommend the mix after the diagnosis, not before.

How soon will we see leads?

Paid campaigns can produce leads in the first few weeks. Getting to a reliable cost per lead usually takes two to three months of testing, depending on your sales cycle.

What does digital marketing cost with Culture Cartel?

Management is scoped to the number of channels and how much creative you need each month. Media spend is separate and paid to the platforms. Pricing on inquiry.

Do you lock us into long contracts?

No. We earn the next month by what the last one delivered. Most engagements start with a defined setup phase and then move to a rolling arrangement.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Usually, yes. We would rather connect what you already use than migrate for the sake of it. If the CRM is the bottleneck, we will say so.
