80+ Dealers supported across Southern Africa

Culture Cartel is a Toronto advertising agency that plans and makes campaigns across TV, radio, out-of-home, print and digital. We are strongest where advertising has to work through a sales channel, such as dealer networks and co-op programs, and we keep the idea, the creative and the media plan with one senior team.
Brands we have worked with
Advertising budgets get wasted in the gap between a strong idea and a tired execution. The TV spot is great, the radio read sounds different, the dealer flyer looks like it came from another company. We plan the campaign as one idea from the start, then make every format earn its place.
Many of the brands we advertise for do not sell direct. They sell through dealers, retailers or partners. That changes the job. The campaign has to drive people to a local door, and the people behind that door need tools to run their own version.
For Kubota in Southern Africa we were the central creative and strategic hub for a network of more than 80 dealers. National advertising ran alongside Google Ads, SEO, social, print and PR, with turnkey toolkits so each dealer could advertise locally without breaking the brand. Kubota stood as the number one brand in its class in the region.
For Club Car, campaigns had to keep the brand top of mind with golf courses and commercial operators at the same time, while co-op marketing helped dealers compete under global standards.
For Linhai, data-driven campaigns across digital, social and traditional media helped hold its position as South Africa’s top-selling value-class quad and side-by-side brand.
The Migos Culture Tour needed to sell out stadiums. We ran a synchronised campaign across TV, radio and digital, and the full visual takeover of the venues. The same campaign thinking applies to any launch with a hard date and a lot of seats to fill. When the date cannot move, the media plan, the creative calendar and the on-site look all have to be locked to it, and someone senior has to own the whole timeline.

We plan media and run digital buying directly. For larger traditional buys we work with media partners and stay accountable for the plan.
Yes. It is one of our specialties. We have built dealer toolkits and co-op programs for Kubota, Club Car and Linhai so local businesses could run national-quality ads in their own markets.
Six to ten weeks from brief to launch is typical for a multi-channel campaign. A digital-only flight can launch faster.
Creative and production are scoped per campaign. Media spend is separate and depends on channels and reach. We share a clear split before anything is booked. Pricing on inquiry.
No. The roster runs from startups to multinationals. What matters is a clear commercial goal and a willingness to commit to one strong idea.
