Summary
We executed an end-to-end digital strategy for the brand, managing every touchpoint from Google Business Profile and Meta platforms to a custom-built lead generation engine. The centerpiece of this project was the development of Snap My Car, a custom appraisal app designed to streamline the vehicle trade-in process and enhance dealership-to-customer engagement.
Challenge
The brand required a way to bridge the gap between digital discovery and the physical appraisal process. The goal was to modernize the customer journey, moving away from fragmented marketing to a unified system that could capture, track, and convert leads through both traditional design and custom technology.
