Summary
Culture Cartel led the complete architectural and creative rollout for Potenza, a high-performance cycling brand. This was a 360-degree agency execution: we didn't just brand the company; we designed the bicycles, the high-performance technical gear (kit), the flagship retail environment, and the digital e-commerce experience. By controlling every touchpoint from product to pavement, we ensured Potenza debuted as a fully realized, elite competitor in the global cycling market.
Challenge
Performance cycling is a category defined by heritage and extreme technical scrutiny. Entering this space as a new brand required more than just a logo; it required immediate "gear-head" credibility. The challenge was to create a cohesive design language that felt as fast and precise on a carbon fiber frame as it did on a retail shelf or a mobile screen.
