Film that knows what it is for

A beautiful video that nobody can use is an expensive screensaver. Before we shoot anything, we decide where every frame will live: a launch page, a dealer screen, a six-second pre-roll, a trade show loop. The treatment answers that. The shoot follows.

Product in the real world

Our strongest production work puts the product where it actually works.

For E-Kubota, a new line launching in a new territory, we directed and produced all photography, video and catalogues. Tractors in real fields, under real skies. The footage gave the line a premium visual identity from day one and fed a website, paid media and dealer tools from the same shoot.

For Linhai, South Africa’s top-selling value-class quad and side-by-side brand, we led creative direction for all photography and video. The aim was to raise perceived value and move the brand beyond the budget conversation. Rugged and accessible, never cheap.

For Baoli, a materials handling manufacturer entering South Africa, production showed the diesel and LPG ranges doing real work, building visual credibility fast for a brand buyers did not yet know.

Production at volume

Some clients need a steady supply rather than one big film. For Reesink Canada Wholesale, we ran full-scale photography and video for a portfolio that includes CLAAS, Kubota and JCB, setting the visual standard for national collateral. That is a different discipline from a one-off hero film. It needs consistent lighting, shot lists that match brand guidelines, and an edit pipeline that turns one day into a quarter of content.

What makes it work

  • Direction from the strategist. The person who wrote the brief is on set.
  • Stills and motion together. One crew, one day, two libraries.
  • Cut for the channel. Vertical, square and widescreen are planned in the shot list, not cropped after.
  • Motion and idents. Animated logos and graphics to give every piece a consistent open and close.
  • Usage sorted early. Music, talent and location rights cleared for every channel you plan to run, so nothing gets pulled after launch.

If you need the idea set before the camera rolls, see creative direction. For distribution, see social media marketing and advertising.

Questions

Asked and
answered.

Do you shoot photography and video together?

Usually, yes. Planning both into one shoot saves days and keeps the look consistent. For E-Kubota and Linhai we led photography and video across the range.

How long does a brand video take to produce?

From treatment to final delivery, a typical brand or product film takes five to eight weeks. A batch of social content can move faster if the product and locations are simple.

What does video production cost in Toronto?

Shoot days, crew size, locations and the number of edits drive the cost. We quote from the treatment so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Pricing on inquiry.

Can you shoot heavy equipment and vehicles?

Yes. A lot of our production work has been tractors, quads, materials handling equipment and machinery in working environments. We plan for safety, access and the light.

Do you provide the crew or do we?

We bring a trusted crew sized to the job. If you already have a preferred camera team, we can direct them instead.
