The TA Speakers Management roster in a lineup on a navy stage, above the line: Marketing for the speakers the industry books

The brief

TA Speakers Management is a boutique, women-owned speaker agency in Toronto, founded by Tami Adams in 2020. A hand-picked roster with some of the top names in the industry, booked through real relationships with event planners. They needed one partner to run all of their marketing, every month, not a campaign that disappears.

The insight

Planners have one quiet fear: booking someone who looks great on paper and falls flat in the room. A bigger bureau answers that with a catalogue. TA answers it with people. So everything we make shows the speakers in the room and sounds like someone who knows them, never like a bureau.

The work

Culture Cartel has run all marketing operations for TA Speakers since June 2026.

The website

We built taspeakersmanagement.com and we run it: the roster, a page for every speaker, the articles and the hero reel, cut from the speakers’ own stage footage.

Social

Three posts a week: speaker spotlights, reels from the stage, motion graphics, and a feature graphic for every article, award and media mention.

The newsletter

One a month. We write it, design it, build it, test it and send it.

Webinars, campaigns and launches

A webinar every quarter with its landing page and comms, campaigns around industry moments like CMEE, and a proper launch whenever a speaker has a new keynote.

The rhythm

A monthly on-site meeting, a content plan agreed in advance and a short, honest report on what moved and what didn’t.

The result

One team running the whole marketing engine for a roster of top speakers, every month, across the site, the inbox and the feed.

The roster

The speakers we market.

TA Speakers Management represents some of the top names in the industry. Every one of them runs through the same marketing engine: a page on the site, features in the newsletter, posts and reels on social, and a proper launch when a new keynote lands.

The website

Built, then run every month.

  • The build

A site built around the roster: the hero reel, a page for every speaker, the reach map, client logos and testimonials.

  • The roster

Speaker pages refreshed as keynotes change and new names join.

  • Articles

Short reads from the rooms the speakers were in, each with its own feature graphic.

  • Webinars and launches

A landing page and the comms around every webinar and new keynote.

Social and motion

Three posts a week, in motion.

  • Speaker spotlights

Who each speaker is for, the room they own and what a planner gets when they book them.

  • Reels from the stage

Cut from the speakers’ own keynote footage, so planners see the room, not a headshot.

  • Motion graphics

One navy and lime system that moves the same way on social, on the site and in the newsletter.

  • Feature graphics

Every article, award and media feature gets its own graphic for the feed and the blog.

Shown: the roster reel we cut from the speakers’ stage footage, and feature graphics from the TA blog.

  • Feature graphic: Cherry Rose Tan, "AI is an amplifier", as featured in MPI
  • Feature graphic: Michael Kutcher named a Big-Tent Thinker in the 2026 Smart Speaker Awards
  • Feature graphic: Sarah McVanel, "Event planning starts with looking up", for Corporate Meetings Network

The newsletter

A note from a friend in the industry.

  • Written for planners

First person, warm and specific, the way the agency talks to the people who book.

  • Speakers as people

New keynotes and reintroductions written around the room each speaker is right for.

  • From the floor

What happened at CMEE, with real photos from the stand and the stage.

  • Designed, built, sent

Copy, design, build, testing and the send, every month.
