Summary
Culture Cartel was tasked with developing the brand identity and communications framework for Luxury Golf Africa (LGA), the premier golf travel division of Africa Travel Week. We built a sophisticated design system that positioned LGA as the authoritative voice in luxury sport tourism, ensuring the brand felt both globally elite and distinctly African. By aligning LGA’s visual language with the prestige of its parent event, we created a seamless bridge between high-stakes business networking and the world of luxury leisure.
Challenge
The primary hurdle was "brand distinction without detachment." LGA needed to exist as a specialized, premium entity while remaining a cohesive part of the broader Africa Travel Week ecosystem. We had to capture the precision and exclusivity of the golf world without making the brand feel inaccessible or disconnected from the larger travel and tourism conversation.
